The big trouble faced by Tejashwi, CBI filed an application in the court to cancel the bail

New Delhi/Patna: Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav has faced a big problem. The CBI has filed an application in the Delhi court to cancel the bail of Tejashwi Yadav. After this, the court has also issued a notice to Tejashwi Yadav. After this application, the special CBI court has issued summons to Tejashwi. After the CBI’s application in the special court, there has been a stir in the politics of Bihar. Let us tell you that Tejashwi Yadav is accused of the IRCTC tender scam and is currently out on bail.

Tejaswi’s crisis has come
Special CBI Judge Geetanjali Goyal has issued a notice to Tejashwi Yadav. In this notice, the court has asked Tejaswi to answer the question why his bail should not be cancelled. CBI sources say that this petition has been given regarding the IRCTC tender scam. It is to be noted that Tejashwi Yadav has been out on bail since 2018 in the IRCTC tender scam case. In this case, CBI has already filed a charge sheet against Tejashwi Yadav and other accused under section 420, 120B and Prevention of Corruption Act.

What can happen next?
In such a situation, if the right evidence and witnesses come out in the trial going on in the court, then Tejaswi can get into big trouble. If the case is proved to be true, then the clauses imposed on Tejaswi. They can be jailed for seven years. In this case, Delhi’s Patiala House Court had granted bail to Tejaswi along with her mother Rabri Devi.
