Team India’s star batsman Suryakumar Yadav has scored an impressive 100 in the third Twenty20 International against England. He hit a four off the third ball of the 17th over to complete India’s first T20I century. He hit 12 fours and five sixes in 48 balls in his hundreds at Trent Bridge.
For India, Rohit Sharma has scored 4 hundreds while KL Rahul has scored 2 hundreds. Apart from him, Suresh Raina and Deepak Hooda have scored hundreds. In this way, Suryakumar Yadav has become the fifth batsman to score a century for India in a Twenty20 International.
Earlier in the match, England had put up a big score of 215 for seven against India thanks to a half-century of 77 off 39 balls by David Malan. Deciding to bat after winning the toss, England scored a lot of runs against India’s second-class bowling attack. Skipper Jose Butler (18 off nine balls) and Jason Roy (27 off 26 balls) helped England reach 52 for one in the powerplay.
