In a clip from the documentary, she is seen saying, ‘When I first came out, I didn’t know how I was going to deal with my illness. What if it happens again? What if next time, I can’t come back? I needed to keep learning about it. I needed to face it day by day.
Despite this, Selena Gomez said that she is now in a good mental state. The star opened up about struggling with her mental health in recent years. She said, ‘I am extremely happy and I can control my emotions and thoughts more than before.’
