‘Brahmastra’ Before the release of ‘Brahmastra’, a function was held in Hyderabad, where people associated with the film gathered. The event was hosted by filmmakers Karan Johar and SS Rajamouli. In the program, Karan Johar attacked the divisive thinking of Indian cinema. He gave his views on the Bollywood vs South Cinema debate.
According to media reports, Karan Johar insisted that the Indian film industry should not be seen as ‘Bollywood’ or ‘Tollywood’. Junior NTR attended the event as the chief guest. The producer thanked him and said, ‘Thank you Jr NTR, you graced us with your presence. Your support means everything to us. We are trying to reach every nook and corner of the country in our own way.
Karan Johar has made Indian cinema proud
Karan Johar further said, ‘As SS Rajamouli sir said this is Indian cinema. Let’s not call it by any other name. We keep calling it Bollywood, Tollywood. ‘We have to get out of this,’ he pleads passionately. We are proud to be a part of Indian cinema. Now every film will be of Indian cinema.
Junior NTR feels connected to Ranbir Kapoor
Junior NTR praised Ranbir Kapoor at the event and said, ‘There is one actor I feel really connected to and that is Ranbir. Each of his films has really inspired me as an actor and my favorite is ‘Rockstar’. The ‘RRR’ actor also showered love on Big B and said, ‘I enjoy Amitabh Bachchan sir’s powerful performance in every film.’

He adds, ‘I am a huge fan of her voice, her eyes and the way she stands. What about the way he moved his left hand. Ranbir is playing the role of ‘Shiva’ in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ while Amitabh Bachchan is playing the role of his mentor.
