India ranks 136th in Happiness Index, says Rahul Gandhi – Hate will soon top the index

World Happiness Report 2022: For the fifth year in a row, Finland has topped the list of the world’s most prosperous countries in the United Nations World Happiness Report. According to the 10th edition of the World Happiness Report, a total of 146 countries were ranked in this year’s index. The report was released on March 18. The report is published by the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network. In it, the status is given on factors like happiness, GDP level, life expectancy, freedom of choice, generosity and perception of corruption.


India has moved up 3 places in this year’s Happiness Rankings. In the previous report, he was ranked 139th. Finland tops the list of most prosperous countries. It is followed by Denmark, Iceland, Switzerland and the Netherlands. Afghanistan is at the bottom. It is followed by Lebanon, Rwanda, Botswana and Lesotho.

The report gives the opposition a chance to attack the government. After the report came, Rahul Gandhi tweeted. Citing the report, he wrote, “Hunger Rank 101, Freedom Rank 119, Happiness Rank 136 … we may soon be at the top of the Hate and Anger chart.” He also shared the chart of World Happiness Report 2022 with his tweet.
