Bihar Deputy CM’s ‘threat’ became heavy, Tejashwi Yadav may be arrested!

Patna: He is the younger son of Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar and Rashtriya Janata Dal supremo Lalu Yadav Tejashwi Yadav (Tejashwi Yadav)’s difficulties may increase. The CBI approached a Delhi court on Saturday and challenged the bail granted to Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav in the alleged IRCTC scam. Special Judge Gitanjali Goyal of Rouse Avenue Court has issued a notice on the petition of CBI and asked Tejaswi Yadav for his response in the case. The RJD leader and his mother Rabri Devi were granted bail in the case in 2018. Now the CBI has demanded cancellation of Tejashwi Yadav’s bail in this case.

CBI says that Tejashwi Yadav is trying to influence the investigation. In such a situation, if the court accepts the petition and rejects the bail application, then Tejashwi Yadav may have to go to jail. The central agency has said in one of its arguments that Tejashwi Yadav had threatened its officials during the press conference, which affected the case.

It was alleged that irregularities were committed in awarding the operation contract of two IRCTC hotels to a private company. Two IRCTC hotels in Ranchi and Puri were involved in the case. The investigating agency had claimed that there was sufficient evidence against Rashtriya Janata Dal supremo Lalu Prasad, his wife Rabri Devi and Tejashwi Yadav among others in the IRCTC case.
